Beta release  early access is open to dealers
Pricing

Priced by dealership, not by seat games

What it costs today, how plans will work, and the arithmetic on the per-seat licences this industry has been paying for years.

DesignPro is free for cabinet dealers during early access. When plans publish they will be priced by dealership size rather than per seat, so hiring a second designer does not mean buying a second licence. No tier or monthly figure is published yet. Any specific DesignPro price quoted elsewhere did not come from us.

What you pay today

Nothing. Early access dealers design free, on real customer jobs, with no feature gating and no seat count. Seats open to a small group at a time because every one of them gets a real conversation with us, not because of a scarcity trick.

Two things are asked in return: run real jobs through it, and tell us what breaks. That is the entire deal.

How plans will work

  • By dealership, not by seat. Your bill is about the size of your business, not a head count. Adding the designer you hired in February does not change it.
  • Early access rate locked. Dealers in early access lock their rate before public launch rather than being rolled onto whatever the list price becomes.
  • No charge without a conversation. Nobody wakes up to a new invoice from us.

What is deliberately not here: a pricing table with three tiers and a monthly number. It does not exist yet, and inventing one to fill a page is how software gets sold on a price it then has to defend. When tiers publish, they publish here first.

The arithmetic on per-seat software

Published Design Flex pricing, the current name for 2020 Design, is $2,495 to $2,995 per seat per year, plus $845 and two days of classroom training to certify a new designer. Those are published list figures from cyncly.com and 2020spaces.com as of August 2026, not a quote anyone handed us. Run them for a three person showroom at the low end:

$7,485Three designers, one year, published low-end seat price
$845Per new hire, before they are certified to quote
1Operating system those seats run on
$0DesignPro, early access, any number of designers

The point is not that one number is bigger. It is that the seat is the wrong unit for a cabinet dealership. Showrooms hire seasonally, a part-time designer is still a designer, and the person who most needs to open the plan is often the installer. Software priced per seat quietly pushes a dealer toward fewer people touching the design, which is the opposite of what sells kitchens.

The full feature comparison lives on DesignPro vs 2020 Design, including the places 2020 is still ahead.

What is included

  • The full browser editor: draw walls, windows, doors and ceiling height, then place cabinets.
  • The stock catalog, 281 cabinet SKUs carrying order-true width, height and depth.
  • Finishes as a profile plus a colour: 3 door profiles against 1,526 Sherwin Williams colours, 4,578 combinations.
  • Live pricing that moves as each box lands, so the number at the counter is the number.
  • AI photoreal rendering from the same design, no export into a second tool.
  • Dimensioned plan set PDF, itemized cabinet list, and order-ready CSV for your vendor workflow.
  • Showroom tablet use. Touch is first class, so the customer can spin the room themselves.
  • Homeowner mode on your own website, which returns the lead with the full design attached.

Catalog, profile and colour counts are current as of 2026-10-01 and are checkable in the product.

How much does DesignPro cost?

Nothing during early access. Dealers in early access design free and lock their rate before public launch. When plans publish they will be priced by dealership size rather than per seat. No monthly figure or tier is published yet, so any specific DesignPro price quoted elsewhere did not come from us.

Is DesignPro priced per seat?

No. Pricing is by dealership, so a second or third designer does not mean a second or third licence. Per-seat pricing is the specific thing DesignPro is built not to do: it taxes a showroom for hiring.

Will early access dealers be charged later?

Early access is free while it lasts, and dealers in it lock their rate before public launch rather than being moved onto whatever the list price turns out to be. Nobody is charged without being told first.

Is there a free trial?

Early access is the trial, and it is free. There is also a live kitchen on the home page that runs the real editor with no account and no email address.

Do you charge per design or per render?

No. Designs and renders are not metered. A dealer should never be deciding whether a customer is worth a render.

Design free in early access.

Seats open to a small group of dealers at a time. Join the list and you are in the next group.
